Talk to our team 01 What is RecapCRM and who is it for?
RecapCRM is an AI-powered CRM built for consulting and advisory firms. It records your client meetings, creates structured summaries, and builds institutional memory that stays with your firm.
It's designed for relationship-driven businesses — consulting firms, law firms, financial advisors, insurance agents, and real estate professionals — where the value is in conversations, not pipelines.
02 How does the meeting recording work?
RecapCRM connects to your Google Calendar or Outlook and detects upcoming meetings. An AI assistant automatically joins your Zoom or Google Meet calls.
There's no app to install for participants. Meetings are transcribed in real-time with speaker identification, and a structured recap is generated within minutes of the meeting ending.
03 What does a meeting recap include?
Each recap is structured with: topics discussed, key decisions made, action items with owners and deadlines, and relevant client context.
It's not a raw transcript dump — it's a polished, client-ready summary. You can send it to clients with one click or keep it as an internal record.
04 Is my meeting data secure?
Yes. All recordings and transcripts are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We offer configurable consent workflows so you control who knows about and approves recording.
Role-based access controls ensure only authorized team members can access specific client data. We're on the path to SOC 2 Type II compliance.
05 What makes RecapCRM different from Salesforce or HubSpot?
Traditional CRMs are built for sales pipelines and require manual data entry. Consulting firms have a 30% CRM adoption rate because the tools don't fit the workflow.
RecapCRM captures data automatically from your meetings — the richest source of client intelligence. No typing, no logging activities, no empty CRM fields.
06 How does meeting prep work?
15 minutes before every client meeting, RecapCRM delivers a brief: the last 3 conversations summarized, open commitments, key concerns, and suggested talking points.
No more scrambling through emails or asking colleagues what was discussed. Walk into every meeting prepared.
07 Can I search across all my meetings?
Yes. RecapCRM includes semantic search — ask natural language questions like 'What did we promise Acme about the Q3 timeline?' and get instant, relevant answers.
Search works across all meetings, transcripts, and recaps in your firm. It's like having a perfect memory of every client conversation.
08 Can I try RecapCRM for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 3 users, CRM basics, and 5 AI meeting recaps per month — forever. No credit card required.
Professional and Firm plans come with a 14-day free trial so you can experience unlimited recaps, meeting prep briefs, and full relationship intelligence.
09 How long does it take to set up?
About 3 minutes. Connect your calendar, configure your consent preferences, and RecapCRM starts working from your very next meeting.
There's no complex migration or onboarding process. You can import existing contacts via CSV if you'd like, but it's not required to get started.
010 What integrations are available?
RecapCRM integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar (Outlook), Gmail, Microsoft Outlook (email), Zoom, Google Meet, and Stripe.
Slack notifications, Calendly, Cal.com, and Zapier integrations are coming soon. CSV import is available for bulk data migration.
011 How does pricing work?
RecapCRM offers three plans: Free ($0, up to 3 users), Professional ($79/user/month), and Firm ($129/user/month).
Annual billing saves 20%. The Professional plan includes unlimited AI recaps, meeting prep briefs, and full recording capabilities.
012 Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No phone calls or hoops to jump through.
Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of their billing period. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the year they paid for.
